If making videos at home is a commonplace activity nowadays, modifying the home for this purpose has naturally become a necessity for many people. Attentive to the transformations of modern life, architect Alexandre Ribeiro presents the recording studio of the YouTube channel “Cavaliers in My Room”, a versatile environment that could have been designed in any corner of a residence, such as a living room or closet.

Lighting is the most powerful element of the project. There are beams of light projected from floor to ceiling, forming a kind of vestibule, which is reflected in an imposing side wall of blue and silver mirrors, creating a modern and intoxicating atmosphere. A neon sign with the channel's brand also composes the play of lights, bringing a Modern Vintage aesthetic to the space.

In the background, occupying an entire wall, is the youtuber display, which houses rare items from the anime “Knights of the Zodiac”. The metalwork structure, with direct lighting and blue backlighting in the background, gives the pieces the aura of art objects. The showcase provides individual appreciation of each item and great visual impact of the collection, when viewed as a whole. A glass curtain installed in front of the exhibitor prevents access to the specimens, in addition to the entry of wind and dust, thus ensuring the safety and integrity of the collection, without jeopardizing its contemplation.

The result is an environment that blends characteristics of a studio, a geek living room and an art gallery, modern and dreamlike.
