Xéu House Project
O arquiteto Alexandre Ribeiro realizou um projeto de reforma, paisagismo e interiores em Catas Altas da Noruega para seu cliente Xéu Bretas. O projeto contorno com uma abordagem cuidadosa e dedicada, buscando atender às necessidades e desejos da cliente. O resultado foi um espaço bonito, aconchegante e moderno, que agradou a todos os envolvidos. O projeto contorna com o uso de materiais naturais, como madeira e pedra, criando um ambiente acolhedor e sofisticado. Os espaços foram projetados com plantas e árvores, criando um cenário ainda mais inspirador. REMODELING
1. Project location
Located in the Municipality of Catas Altas of Norway approximately 150km from Belo Horizonte/MG.
2. proposal
Increase in the useful area of the house generating common space for meeting friends and family, with a wood stove, space for dinner or lunch with the family and that is integrated with the service area.
Creation of a new layout of the house, transforming the rooms into suites, integrating the living room with the daily kitchen.
Adapt the house with thermal comfort using cross ventilation and use of natural light.
Create new openings bringing comfort, warmth and good reception.
Locksmith project
Kitchen/service area/gourmet space/Bathroom suites/Social bathroom/Closet
Designed by the architect all 15mm metalon parts, with matte black color, The locksmith project will compose the environments more elegantly and will bring an air of modernity. Some pieces will be combined with the gemstone project, others with the carpentry project and others will compose the environment without being combined.
